We are currently hiring part‑time sales associates at our Owatonna, MN location. • Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in an adult-only retail environment.
• Communicate product information clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing.
• Sell merchandise and process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays and store appearance.
• Support teamwork and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, sales or hospitality is ideal.
• Previous sales or retail experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Flexible availability nights and weekends, with occasional weeknights (10‑20 hours weekly).

Base pay: $11.41 per hour. Commission: $5.00‑$6.00 per hour, depending on sales.

• Frequent speaking to articulate and convey details accurately, loudly, rapidly, and professionally.
• Ability to hear average conversations to receive ordinary information.
• Average visual acuity sufficient to operate machinery and inspect documents and products.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for 4–8 hours without sitting.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
