About the Role
The Jackson Mitchell Agency is seeking an Account Executive to join one of the top-performing teams in the state! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.
As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our agency. Conversely, we aim to contribute to your personal growth, income, and career development while providing you an exceptional work environment.
We are looking for very self-driven individuals who are “A” players and want to make a great income. Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the customers best interest first in order to properly protect them.

- Demonstrate the drive to succeed, implement our training, and be coachable.
- Generate quotes using the leads provided and self‑generate your own.
- Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Develop relationships with referral partners through networking and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs.
- Maintain strong operational processes when writing business.

If hired, we will assist you through the process of obtaining your property and casualty license.
Sales experience is not required for this position but it is preferred. If you do not have prior sales experience you will start as a sales development representative (SDR) for 1–2 months then you will transition into an account Executive. (The SDR role will be explained in the interview.)
