+ General Install / Production Roles (Insulation, Sheathing, Decking)

+ Electrician / Electrical Technician

+ Material Handler / Production Support

+ Final Finish / Clean

** Key Responsibilities (vary by role):*
* + Assemble and install structural, finish, electrical, plumbing, or flooring components

+ Read measurements, drawings, or instructions

+ Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

+ Perform quality checks to ensure work meets standards

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

** Pay Details:**  $17.00 to $30.00 per hour
