The City of Owatonna is seeking a dedicated Facilities Specialist - Carpenter to maintain and repair city buildings and grounds. This full-time role involves performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting various systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 6 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance. Additionally, a Licensed Carpenter and Special Engineering Boilers License are required.
