About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring electricians for a new industrial/manufacturing company in Owatonna, MN. In this role, you’ll support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a professional, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy hands-on electrical work, reading blueprints, and working both independently and collaboratively, this direct-hire opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You’ll Do as an Electrician:

Install and repair electrical wiring in industrial or facility settings
Install conduits and piping for electrical wires and cables
Install circuit breakers and other electrical hardware
Connect wiring to breakers, panels, and electrical components
Test electrical systems using meters and diagnostic equipment

What You Need to Bring to the Electrician Role:

1–3 years of previous related electrical experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and test meters
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
