Residential HVAC Installer

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required occasionally; bi-monthly on-call required

$38 - $46 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certificationNATE install certification is preferred
• Proficiency in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficiency in understanding refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and commercial systems is preferred
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• General knowledge of all HVAC low-voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Ability to train and supervise others

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
