Position: INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN | NIGHTS 4 ON - 4 OFF | $42.66 PER HOUR

Position Overview

To support basic plant operations through the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all plant electrical systems and components.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical devices within the plant.
  • Assist in new installation and upgrades of plant equipment.
  • Provide primary service and operation of Pressco Camera X‑Ray and Ink Jet printer systems.
  • Conduct process checks as required.
  • Perform regular safety inspections to IBO and washer ovens.
  • Work with outside contractors to maintain the fire alarm system in proper working order.
  • Maintain cleanliness of electrical shop and job site, while practicing appropriate safety procedures.
  • Assist and support other production floor operations as required.
  • Ensure regular and timely attendance.
  • Properly complete all administrative tasks, including logbooks, data entry and record keeping.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school education / GED required.
  • Experience and/or technical training demonstrating basic electrical skills in the areas of:
  • Troubleshooting AC/DC control wiring apparatus.
  • Troubleshooting AC/DC magnetic controls, including related switches, relays and solenoids.
  • Troubleshooting single and three phase motors.
  • Transformers, Variable Frequency Drives, Motor Control.
  • Knowledge of OSHA Electrical Standard, Lock Out/Tag Out requirements and other safety procedures related to the job.
  • Demonstrated ability on how to use multimeter, ammeter probe, and soldering station.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Experience with PLCs for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Allen Bradley and Siemens software.
  • Ability to communicate well with production crews and work together as a team member.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows application.
  • Manufacturing/Industrial work experience with emphasis on electrical.
  • Master / Journeyman license preferred but not required for this position.
