6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Work 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Do you love figuring out how things work, and how to fix them when they don't? We are seeking a skilled, problem-solving Maintenance Mechanic to join a top manufacturing team in Owatonna. This is a direct-hire position, meaning you are a permanent employee from day one, complete with great pay and a stable, predictable schedule.

• Troubleshoot & Repair:
  Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems when machines go down.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Perform routine PMs on conveyors, motors, and high-speed production machinery to prevent future issues.
• Electronics & PLCs:
  Work with PLCs and HMI systems to diagnose and resolve electronic faults.
• Read Schematics:
  Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to complete repairs accurately.
• Facility Upgrades:
  Assist with new equipment installations and ongoing facility upgrades.

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Experience with repairing hydraulic and pneumatic industrial machinery

No Degree Required

1-4 years

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical degree.
• An understanding of electrical circuits, motors, and mechanical drives.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment like multimeters and calipers.
• A safety-first attitude and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
