HVAC Service Technician
Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay: $38-$46 per hour
, based on experience
Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; minimum once-a-month on-call rotation and overtime as needed

What We're Looking For- Minimum two years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- HVAC trade school certificate is preferred
- EPA Universal
- Great customer service skills
- NATE certification is a plus
- Medical insurance

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform service work according to company quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience
- Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
- Maintain clear communication with customers and team members
- Assist with training and supporting other Service Technicians
- Participate in the on-call rotation and work overtime as needed
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
