Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Office Student to join our team. This position is ideal for students looking to gain valuable office experience while contributing to our agency during the busy season. The Seasonal Office Student will assist with various administrative tasks, support office operations, and provide excellent service for both internal and external needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support the preparation of reports as needed.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Developmental Services, Business administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with technical and digital/design proficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A G2 or G Drivers License is an asset.
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required; we welcome eager learners!
