The Family home Program is seeking applications for a Family home Provider to open their home and provide support to a gentleman with a developmental disability in the Hanover area.

• Provide support to a gentleman with a developmental disability in the Hanover area.
• Assist with daily living as needed and support attendance at a day program in Hanover 5 days per week.
• Support and enable social engagement and participation in activities, including hobbies such as watching hockey, singing karaoke, listening to music, watching wrestling, and horseback riding where appropriate.

Financial remuneration provided at a rate of $40/day plus mileage.
