As a Maintenance Mechanic - Plumber, you will handle installation, repair, and inspection of plumbing systems, ensuring optimal performance of our utilities.
Your role involves collaboration with a dedicated team and requires problem-solving skills to ensure high standards of water quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and inspect plumbing and heating systems
• Conduct routine water tests for boiler efficiency
• Order supplies for projects and maintenance
• Assist with plumbing estimates and installations
• Correct issues in subcontractor work where applicable
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification or Ontario 306A
• 3+ years of plumbing experience required
• Strong technical knowledge and organization skills
• Valid G driver’s license required
• Level II security clearance capability
