Vice President- Accounting

We're partnering with a rapidly growing, healthcare organisation to appoint a Vice President of Accounting. Reporting directly to the CFO, this executive leadership role will oversee the accounting function while partnering closely with FP&A, Actuarial, Revenue Cycle and senior leadership to support the continued growth of the business.

This is an opportunity to shape the finance function of a high-growth value-based care organisation, leading financial reporting, cash management, technical accounting, internal controls and process improvement, whilst acting as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board.

You will provide leadership across all accounting operations, including financial reporting, treasury, cash management and the month-end close process, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and maintaining robust internal controls. Working closely with FP&A, Actuarial and Executive Leadership, you will deliver meaningful financial insights, support forecasting and board reporting, drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives, and build, mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team capable of supporting the organisation's continued growth.

• CPA qualified
• Progressive accounting leadership experience
• Value-Based Care or Health Plan experience is essential
• Strong technical accounting expertise (US GAAP) and executive stakeholder management
• Proven people leadership and experience developing high-performing teams
