Loan Operations Specialist
The Loan Operations Specialist - Boarding - performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of on-boarding of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans.
Essential functions, duties, and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- On-boards consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans to the bank's core system
- Indexes electronic loan documents to digital file
- Distributes department mail
- Processes insurance mail
- Processes loan payments
- Updates Beneficial Owner Information to the bank's core system
- Provides department support as needed
Education, experience, and qualifications:
Education:
Required/Preferred Education Level: High School or GED
Years of experience:
Minimum: 0. No experience required; experience with loans preferred

Working conditions:
