Title: L&D Business Analyst
Location: Louisville, KY
Type: Contract - C2C
Experience: 3+ Years
Learning & Development Business Analyst to support an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) transformation initiative. The role will focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, future-state design, functional testing, data validation, and collaboration across L&D, technology, operations, and LMS vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and current/future-state processes.
- Analyze workflows to identify process improvement and automation opportunities while partnering with stakeholders and vendors on scalable solutions.
- Develop and execute functional, integration, and UAT testing, including defect tracking, data validation, migration support, and implementation readiness.
