High school diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree preferred)
Experience:
1 year of prior experience in food service or customer service

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in‑person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process orders, forms and requests
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy, verbal, written, math, and negotiation skills
- Customer‑service oriented with strong interdepartmental and cross‑departmental communication
- Problem solver, inquisitive, and self‑motivated
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Effectively organize, find gaps within product offerings, and maintain stable performance under stressful conditions and order deadlines with multi‑tasking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
The job requires extensive wrist and hand movements for computer tasks, stooping, bending, carrying, kneeling, walking, moving bulky packages and boxes up to 50 lbs, and may involve unusual or irregular work hours. All individuals must be able to perform these movements without significant risk of injury to themselves or others, or otherwise demonstrate or explain how they can perform the essential functions of the job.
