NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Pet Host (Customer Service Representative) to greet clients and their pets at the front desk and lobby of our luxury resort in Kentucky. You will manage check-ins, bookings, payments, and vaccination records to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
As the first and last impression of our resort, you’ll juggle scheduling, phone calls, emails, and upsell services while staying calm in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
