Regional Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager

• Oversee all aspects of occupational safety management at assigned profit centers
• Implement and ensure adherence to safety policies and programs
• Communicate safety issues to the National Safety Director and/or VP of Safety and Risk Management
• Develop and execute strategic plans with measurable goals based on leading and lagging indicator performance
• Analyze performance across multiple locations using incident data from internal tracking mechanisms
• Present information in classroom or conference call settings
• Travel overnight as needed
• Work indoors and outdoors when required by the job

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years working with Safety, Health and Environmental Management Systems and implementation of safety programs
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight
• Exceptional written and verbal skills when addressing either individuals or groups
• Experience presenting information in classroom or conference call settings
• Experience developing and executing a strategic plan with measurable goals based on leading and lagging indicator performance
• Ability to perform performance analysis of multiple locations based on incident data obtained through internal tracking mechanisms
• Knowledge of OSHA construction and general industry regulations
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 25 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors when required by the job

Demonstrates expertise in Occupational Safety Management, including the implementation of safety programs and adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations. Proficient in performance analysis and strategic planning with measurable goals, alongside strong communication skills for effective presentations.
