JTEC Consulting is hiring a mid-level Application Support Engineer/Application Test Engineer with Oracle experience to support the sustainment of applications and services for backend administration. Qualified candidates will have experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions.

• Work as part of a collaborative team supporting application and services sustainment and backend administration support for OCI
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for integration issues
• Support requirements definition, design, and build for data technology components
• Support application testing
• Install application client tools on VDI images and pools
• Support load balancing configuration for applications
• Provide support for management plan to validate and forecast sizing
• Other duties, as assigned

• Current Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Current Security+ certification or equivalent industry recognized certification to meet DoD 8570 compliance required for consideration
• 4-8 years of related experience with application support and testing including:
  • Experience with application and testing support in Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Suite and integration with Oracle EBS applications and database
  • Experience with application configuration with SAML/SSO authentication
  • Experience providing API troubleshooting and resolution at Tier 2 and higher
  • Experience developing and maintaining management plan including validating and forecasting sizing
  • Experience maintaining licenses and vault access
  • Experience with STIGs and CDRL Documentation
  • Experience with VMware VDI including installing application client tools on VDI Images/Pools
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration

• Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane is preferred
• Experience with UFT, Load Runner, Dynatrace, Ready
  
  API is preferred
• Experience with Cyber Ark is preferred
• Experience with VMWare/Horizon is preferred
