Responsibilities- Provide electrical leadership for manufacturing asset management teams.
- Act as a recognized technical leader with high professional standards.
- Identify and resolve process and equipment problems.
- Lead cross‑functional teams for product or process improvement projects with financial scope up to $10million, from conception to commercialization.
- Apply technical expertise and problem‑solving ability to develop creative and practical designs that meet expectations.
- Support manufacturing processes with strong dedication.
- Provide functional leadership and creativity in initiating, designing, developing and optimizing converting and manufacturing equipment and processes to meet unit objectives.
- Develop leadership skills in applying engineering principles, scientific analysis and project management.
- Execute all responsibilities safely, developing equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines.
- Ensure safety and well‑being of operators, maintenance and other personnel.
- Seek, recognize, define and solve problems/opportunities to achieve unit objectives.
- Identify complex technical issues to determine root cause.
- Explore, initiate, design, optimize and develop manufacturing and supporting processes.
- Assist in the development of others within the area of the incumbent’s expertise.
- Initiate, design, develop, optimize and problem‑solve manufacturing processes that meet safety and performance expectations.
- Lead design, development, optimization and implementation of process control systems.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university and at least 7years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in technical or operational assignments with demonstrated leadership in achieving results.
- Strong experience with manufacturing control systems, variable‑speed motor drives, HMI, sensors and automated inspection systems.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams to achieve project results within required time frames.
- Experience with Rockwell / Modicon PLCs.
- Knowledge of IT on industrial automation systems – Ethernet networking design and troubleshooting.
USD 105,740–130,620 per year.
