We are seeking a PLC Programmer with 2-5 years of hands‑on experience in Allen Bradley (Rockwell) PLC programming within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Prefer local candidates in Michigan, willing to start in 1 week
Key Responsibilities- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs (Control Logix / Compact Logix)
- Work with RSLogix / Studio 5000 and Factory Talk / Automation Connection
- Support production line automation, including HMIs, sensors, and drives
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, electrical, and control system issues on the shop floor
- Assist with system integration, testing, and commissioning
- 2-5 years of Allen Bradley PLC programming experience (must-have)
- Hands‑on experience with industrial automation systems in manufacturing
- Experience with HMI, VFDs, I/O, and electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Automation Connection / Factory Talk tools
- Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering, or Automation
- Experience working in automotive or industrial production environments
- Exposure to ladder logic, structured text, and panel wiring
