I am working with an established civil engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Land Development Project Manager within Ohio.
The position will involve managing a variety of private sector development projects while supporting clients and technical teams throughout the region.
Salary: $105,000–$150,000, depending on experience.Job Specifications:
- Manage commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules and technical deliverables
- Coordinate grading, drainage, paving and utility design
- Lead and mentor civil engineers and designers
- Manage client communication and project expectations
- Liaise with municipalities, review agencies and external consultants
- Review plans, reports, calculations and construction documents
- Assist with proposals, client development and business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Ohio Professional Engineer license preferred
- Previous land or site development experience
- Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater design
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Existing knowledge of the Ohio development market would be advantageous
