ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for players, ensuring outstanding service and timely response to inquiries.
Build and nurture relationships with guests through personalized attention and engagement strategies.
Plan and host player events, tournaments, and promotions to drive excitement and participation.
Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify outreach opportunities and player preferences.
Collect feedback and share player insights with relevant departments to enhance overall service delivery.
Partner with the marketing team to develop appealing player promotions and communication materials.
Educate guests on available services, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Uphold all gaming regulations and internal controls to maintain a compliant and professional environment.
Work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREDSKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
Ability to build rapport quickly and foster lasting guest relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling guest needs.
Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments and multitasking.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED required.
Degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or gaming is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with gaming industry practices and regulations is a plus.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
May be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced, and smoke-filled environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
