. In this role, you will be on the front lines of the gaming floor, ensuring an exciting, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests. From assisting players and monitoring machines to providing top-tier customer service and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, you’ll play a key role in delivering a memorable entertainment experience. Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests on the gaming floor.

Monitor gaming machines for proper operation, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Assist guests with understanding game rules, payouts, and machine functions.

Maintain detailed knowledge of the gaming floor layout and amenities to assist guests accurately.

Conduct visual inspections and basic maintenance of gaming equipment, reporting any malfunctions.

Handle collection and payout of winnings in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Respond to guest inquiries, issues, or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

Monitor for suspicious behavior and immediately report any irregularities in accordance with gaming security protocols.

Enforce age-verification and all regulatory compliance requirements.

Engage with guests to create a positive, personalized experience; promote ongoing promotions and events.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the gaming floor at all times.

Complete shift paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.

Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude throughout all shifts.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Professionalism: Maintains a neat appearance and demonstrates a professional demeanor at all times.
