We are working with a fast-growing manufacturing business to hire a Senior Plant Controller to take full ownership of financial operations across two key production sites.

• Be the finance lead for multi-site plant operations
• Own inventory, costing, and budgeting from the ground up
• Partner with a highly engaged leadership team
• Drive continuous improvement in a culture that rewards urgency, ownership, and teamwork

• Lead all plant-level financials: closing, reporting, variance analysis
• Oversee inventory accuracy and cost control initiatives
• Own product costing: BOMs, routings, labor/material/overhead variance
• Deliver insights to improve margins and operational KPIs
• Act as a strategic finance partner to operations, supply chain, and corporate leadership

• 10+ years in manufacturing finance, with 3+ years at the plant controller level
• Deep experience in GAAP, cost accounting, and financial operations
• Strong ERP and Excel skills (Dynamics/Business Central a plus)
• A hands-on, analytical mindset and the confidence to influence leadership
