Position Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor – Chase Home Lending. You will serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, leveraging your deep knowledge of home‑lending products while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities- Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
- Collaborate with bankers to meet with their customers and introduce new clients to additional products and services.
- Work with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross‑sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, , electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and function effectively within formal and dotted‑line reporting relationships.
- Build and maintain the role as the internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Deliver consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and an understanding of the customer’s financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
- Experience with FHA/VA sales.
- Strong marketing, promotion, relationship‑building, and consulting skills.
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
This position is subject to Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators and national mortgage licensing under the SAFE Act of 2008. An employment offer for this role is contingent on a background review, credit report, NMLS information, and compliance with these regulations. A felony conviction within the last seven years is disqualifying. Successful registration on NMLS and timely completion of renewals is required.
