Managing a variety of analytical projects, the fully remote Secondary Marketing Analyst will secure rate locks, coordinate wire requests, and analyze pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities- Secure and manage rate locks for a large pipeline of loans from multiple production channels
- Coordinate wire requests with various warehouse providers for mortgage loan disbursements
- Analyze pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with program requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Mortgage experience required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid decision-making skills and professionalism towards clients
