Responsibilities
- Assist the BSA and OFAC Officer with monitoring compliance of the BSA and OFAC programs
- Review and acknowledge alerts within the BSA and anti‑money laundering (AML) monitoring software
- Assist bank employees with BSA related questions
- Review customer activity and trend reporting
- Assist with research and reporting of suspicious activities
- Conduct OFAC and 314(a) monitoring
- Assist with other work in the department as needed
- Required High School or GED
- Preferred Associate Degree in business administration or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field
- Computer experience preferred; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Verafin
- Knowledge of compliance documentation
- Knowledge of BSA and OFAC rules
- Oral and written communication skills
- Clerical and administrative skills
