Default Management Foreclosure Associate

Job Title

Responsible for providing a broad variety of operational support for foreclosures. Responsible for ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures. Processes foreclosure actions within allowable time frames set out by investors and state requirements. Manages attorney communication and ensures appropriate direction is given to vendors to meet applicable timelines.

This role requires working from one of the following U.S. Bank locations three (3) or more days per week: 2800 Tamarack Rd Owensboro, KY OR 1255 Corporate Dr Irving, TX 75038

• Typically a college degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically five or more years of related experience

• Experience in foreclosure knowledge within all processes
• Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
• Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Proficient PC skills in word processing, spread sheets and graphics
• Effective verbal, grammatical and written communication skills
• Late Stage Default experience preferred

Pay Range: $20.87 - $27.84
