Start Date: 4/6/2026.
Duration: 12 weeks.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Shift: 8‑hour day shifts.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Use exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to restore function.
• Document progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Active Kentucky license (Compact accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (recommended).
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is preferred.

• Active license or compact that allows practice in Kentucky.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities.
