IT Governance Analyst - SR

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Governance Analyst - SR to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will play a crucial part in supporting the Information Technology and Cyber Security organizations. You will be working closely with Internal Audit, Segment Risk Information Technology, and Cyber Security teams to ensure audit compliance and risk remediation.

• Collaborate with risk and audit teams and subject matter experts to drive risk evaluation and remediation processes within the Cyber Security organization.
• Build strong partnerships with key technology partners, Risk, Cyber Security, and IT areas.
• Evaluate and understand findings within the pipeline to ensure proper planning of priorities and resources.
• Facilitate communication across teams to meet project requirements and deliverables associated with identified findings, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work with subject matter experts to create and maintain remediation strategies, tasks, and documentation related to action plan milestones and deliverables.
• Assist with regulatory audit and compliance exams, ensuring required information is provided promptly.
• Support governance and operational departments with policy, standard, and procedure updates.
• Collect, maintain, ensure accuracy, and integrity for tracking of project plan deliverables.
• Provide status tracking updates and reporting to various levels of leadership.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings and may lead initiatives and projects.
• Proficient in communication and documentation processes.
• Expertise in reporting, planning, and policy compliance.
• Understanding of budget processes and audit procedures.
• Familiarity with 'About Time' and 'Workstation Support' software.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience with implementation and metric reporting.
• Ability to work with partners in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of internal audit procedures and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and ensuring accuracy in deliverables.
• Understanding of entity formation and cyber security measures.
• Ability to meet milestones and conduct remediation processes when necessary.
