Sr Analyst, Data Center Services Practitioner

• Extensive experience with rack/stack enterprise hardware, vendor support, incident management, audit compliance, and documentation.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems or a related field is preferred.
• Technology certifications or designation are not required, but encouraged (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, AWS, Security).
• Two or more years of technology experience with data center / rack mounted hardware (i.e., HP Servers, Cisco equipment, IBM, EMC, Pure storage).
• One or more years of experience using basic levels of troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of planning, management, and execution of network configurations.
• Influencing, negotiating and priority setting is needed.
• Insurance/financial services industry knowledge is a plus.
