Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Broad technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Experience with Windows and macOS support and configuration, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various email clients.
  • Experience with Active Directory, group policy, print servers, MDT, and basic printer troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Responsibilities General Work
  • Install, standardize and troubleshoot desktop systems in a complex office or lab environment.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding IT usage and practices.
  • Manage hardware, basic printer troubleshooting, and imaging and configuration of hardware for deployment.
  • Maintain and manage college IP addresses and active directory.
  • Function as a point of contact for A/V maintenance and classroom support.
  • Assist other IT staff with various projects.
A/V Classroom Support
  • Provide general classroom support of A/V maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty and staff preparing for special events and presentations.
Move Computer Systems
  • Move computer systems as needed for office relocations.
Document Work Efforts
  • Keep notes and documentation for work assignments.
Other Tasks as Assigned
  • Additional support duties as needed.
