Title: Network Technician L4
Location: Columbus, OH (100% Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Network Technician (L4) with 7+ years of experience in telecom deployment, network provisioning, and advanced troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will support network deployment projects, commission and provision network equipment, perform complex troubleshooting, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced network provisioning, commissioning, software upgrades, and end-to-end circuit troubleshooting.
- Manage deployment documentation, validate test records, and execute test plans and MOPs in accordance with project requirements.
- Provide remote technical support, mentor field technicians, and collaborate with engineering and project management teams to resolve complex issues.
