Arabic (Levantine) Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

We are looking for an Arabic (Levantine) language specialist to train large‑scale language models in dialogue and content generation. You will converse with the model in Levantine Arabic, verify its linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, document errors, and propose improvements in prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. Your feedback will help harden the model’s reasoning and boost its performance across a range of topics.
Requirements: A degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related field. Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work is desirable. Strong knowledge of phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquialisms, and cultural references is essential. Clear, metacognitive communication—showing your work and explaining your reasoning—is required.
Compensation: $8–$65 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and location. As a contractor, you will supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet. Company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
