Business Info Analyst II

• Create and maintain databases to track business performance
• Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures
• Develop and analyze business performance reports for claims, provider, utilization, and other data
• Identify and document performance deviations and anomalies
• Create and publish periodic reports
• Make recommendations based on performance analysis
• Develop ad hoc reports as needed
• Translate business requirements into usable decision-support tools
• Devise diagnostic and tracking data approaches for business issues

• BS/BA degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related operational and/or data analysis experience, database structures, and standard query and reporting tools; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with database structures
• Experience with standard query and reporting tools
• Experience with SAAS, SQL, Excel, and model building preferred
• Previous working experience with projected savings models preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills preferred
• Service Now experience is a plus
• Previous Elevance Health internship experience
• Ability to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, potentially several times per week
• Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless legally required accommodation is granted
