Position Overview
The Manager, Procurement Processes and Systems plays a key role in developing and maintaining the capabilities of the Supply Chain Analytics organization. The position reports to the Director of Indirect Procurement and supports activities across the entire Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities- Select, implement, maintain, and support supply chain analytics processes and information systems.
- Create and maintain an information systems roadmap.
- Manage and improve the data process and technology visibility through dashboards and reporting.
- Provide expert resources to support cross‑functional Supply Chain teams’ use of systems.
- Serve as the primary interface with IT for Sourcing’s systems.
- Act as systems lead across all systems that support Procurement, including Ariba, SAP, Garden Shop, and BW.
- Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
- Define audit standards for Procurement and manage the audit processes.
- Drive business continuity planning and risk management processes for all Supply Chain functions.
- Lead special projects as requested by the VP, Procurement & Planning.
- BS/BA degree in IT, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
- Strongly preferred: 5+ years of experience using or supporting Ariba Sourcing, Contract, and/or SIPM.
- Additional experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP BW is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Salary range: $ – $ per year, including eligibility for corporate incentive programs.
