We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support vending and micro‑market operations across assigned client locations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, self‑motivated individual who enjoys working independently in the field, interacting with customers, supporting installs and resets, and completing time‑sensitive projects with accuracy and pride.

You'll support the execution of planograms, market resets, preventative maintenance, and installations—helping ensure Five Star locations are clean, organized, compliant, and visually appealing.

• Execute POG implementations and market resets according to company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) cleanings for vending machines and micro‑markets.
• Assist with product deliveries, installations, relocations, and removals.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant vending and market locations.
• Provide professional customer interactions and represent Five Star positively on‑site.
• Operate and maintain a company work vehicle in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Create and update spreadsheets and reports;
  Microsoft proficiency preferred.
• Complete time‑sensitive projects accurately and on schedule.
• Support additional projects and assignments as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in merchandising, route service, vending, micro‑markets, or field operations preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must meet company background and drug‑screening requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related tools strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
