Job DescriptionMake BIG Money at Menards! The Manager Trainee program is a paid, full‑time, hands‑on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management. You will receive extra pay, discounts, profit sharing, medical and dental benefits, on‑the‑job training, and advancement opportunities. Promotions are based on a promote‑from‑within culture.
