Floor Manager

Join Malibu Jack’s and help create unforgettable experiences for families! We provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for guests of all ages. As a Floor Manager, you’ll lead the park floor, oversee attractions, and support our training program while ensuring a memorable guest experience.

• Lead daily park operations, including attractions and front-line staff
• Supervise and coach Park Coordinators and the Training Coordinator
• Maintain safety and service standards across attractions and guest areas
• Manage employee training, ensuring consistency, accountability, and ongoing development
• Resolve escalated guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Communicate daily goals, updates, and promotions to staff
• Support events, parties, and promotions, coordinating floor coverage
• Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and operational problem-solving

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Guest-focused with a commitment to service excellence
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Calm problem-solver with strong communication skills
• Passionate about training and staff development

• Minimum 21 years old
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 1–2 years supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
