Branch Manager – Operations Home Care

Time savers Caregiving & Concierge is seeking a growth-driven leader to oversee and expand our Owensboro branch. We are a locally owned home care agency serving seniors and their families across Western Kentucky. Our reputation is built on strong referral partnerships, high caregiver standards, and a culture rooted in accountability and grace. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance business development, operational discipline, and team development.

• Build and strengthen referral partnerships (home health, rehab, senior living, hospitals, elder law, etc.)
• Identify and pursue local market growth opportunities
• Meet and exceed branch performance goals
• Support and launch new client starts

• Manage to budget expectations and margin targets
• Monitor key performance indicators and production metrics
• Oversee compliance and Department of Health readiness
• Ensure proper documentation and use of agency systems

• Oversee client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct quality assurance visits
• Address concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain high service standards

• Coach, mentor, and motivate branch staff
• Support caregiver recruitment and retention efforts
• Foster a positive, accountable, mission-driven environment

• 3+ years of leadership, sales, or operational management experience
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Results-driven with the ability to meet performance goals
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable balancing community presence with internal leadership
• Healthcare or senior services experience preferred
