Plant Manager(Plastic Fabrication

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations to ensure the efficient production of high‑quality plastic fabrication products. This role manages staffing, workflow, and production goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The Plant Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, optimizes plant performance, and maintains a safe, organized work environment.

• Production Oversight — Lead plant employees to achieve daily production and shipping goals in plastic fabrication.
• Plastic Fabrication — Oversee molding, extrusion, and finishing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Team Leadership — Train, coach, and guide staff to meet performance standards.
• Resource Planning — Allocate resources, set production deadlines, and ensure materials/equipment availability.
• Continuous Improvement — Implement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce scrap.
• Equipment Maintenance — Schedule inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance — Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Documentation — Keep accurate records of plant activities and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a production plant with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of plastic fabrication processes and manufacturing operations.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and schematics.
