Pay: $13–$15 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

323 Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers for a variety of opportunities throughout the Owensboro area. Available assignments may include landscaping, commercial cleaning, healthcare facility cleaning, packaging, warehouse work, production, and other general labor duties.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are flexible, safety-conscious, and ready to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities will vary by assignment and may include:

• Cleaning healthcare or medical environments according to established safety and sanitation procedures
• Completing landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and debris removal
• Packaging, labeling, sorting, and preparing products for shipment
• Assisting with production, assembly, or machine-support duties
• Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials
• Maintaining clean and orderly work areas
• Following workplace safety rules and wearing required protective equipment
• Completing other general labor duties as assigned

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to work in different industries and environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous general labor, cleaning, landscaping, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not always required
• Ability to meet any assignment-specific screening or training requirements

Depending on the assignment, employees may be required to:

• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Work indoors, outdoors, or in environments with varying temperatures

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Shifts and schedules vary by client assignment and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, or overtime.
