Shift: 2nd Shift — 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Training will have to be conducted on days.

Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour (based on experience)

Full-Time Position Summary Cabinotch Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Support Team Member to join our 2nd shift team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily production by helping ensure designated machines, work centers, and plant areas are clean, organized, stocked, safe, and ready for the next day's production shift.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works well independently, and understands the importance of keeping a manufacturing environment running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Help maintain and support designated production machines to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for the next production shift.

Perform basic machine and work-center support activities as directed.

Help identify and report machine issues, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or other problems to the appropriate team member.

Keep production work centers clean, orderly, and free of unnecessary materials or debris.

Maintain proper organization and stocking of production supplies, materials, and commonly used items.

Assist with end-of-shift cleanup and preparation for the following day's production.

Help maintain an efficient flow of materials and supplies throughout assigned production areas.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain a clean and safe working environment for yourself and fellow employees.

Assist production and maintenance personnel with other tasks as needed.

Work cooperatively with team members and communicate effectively regarding machines, materials, or workplace needs.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Ability to work 2nd shift, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to recognize and communicate safety concerns and equipment issues.

Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.

Mechanical aptitude or experience working around production equipment is a plus.

Forklift certification is a plus; training and certification can be provided on-site by Cabinotch Inc.

Must be willing to learn Cabinotch processes, equipment, and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements The Production Support Team Member should be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.

Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the production area.

Safely lift and Team lift materials and supplies as required for the position.

Perform repetitive tasks when necessary.

Work safely around manufacturing equipment and production machinery.

Wear required PPE and follow all applicable safety requirements.
