Canvass Director - State of OHIO - Targeted Congressional Race

Job description:

We are hiring Field Staff Directors to oversee a targeted paid canvassing operation for a Congressional District in the State of Ohio for the November 2026 Elections.

We are seeking a potential applicant with the flexibility to start immediately and the capability to jump into an existing operation and hit the ground running.

• Supervising paid canvassers in order to achieve program goals
• Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and deployment of canvassers
• Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress
• Canvasser Messaging training
• Quality controlling canvasser data
• Cutting turf
• Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow

• Excellent communication and oratory skills
• Leadership skills
• Ability to meet goals
• Basic computer and interpersonal skills
• Punctuality!
• Highly motivated
• Previous canvass management experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Vote builder/VAN/Minivan software preferred but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Salary - $6,500/month + $700/month for healthcare

Pay: $6,500 per month
