Practice Setting:

• Care team supervision model with strong collaboration between anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Opportunities to work in cardiac and obstetric anesthesia
• Practice within a 477-bed regional referral hospital
• 16 operating room suites
• Designated Level III Trauma Center

Schedule & Call:

• Flexible scheduling options;
  Shift lengths include 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour
• Secondary call coverage

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive total annual compensation starting at $376,365 for full-time with call, $287,520 for full-time with secondary call, and $250,400 for full-time with no call (with sign-on bonus included)
• Additional benefits include $4,000 annually for CME, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and a comprehensive benefits and retirement package
