Quality Assurance Responsibilities

• Responsible for infection prevention, wound care, employee health and all necessary documentation to support and report the listed duties.
• Responsible for performance of audits, support of QAPI, risk management alongside and under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Responsible for rounding with the wound care provider.
• Working Leader – on floor assistants performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluation and support as necessary, including on call rotation.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
• Overseeing the clinical operations alongside and under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Ensures new nurses receive training on policies, procedures, and proper care of residents.
• Working Leader – Oversees and implements a resident plan of care.
• Working Leader – Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluation.
