Agrace, a nationally recognized nonprofit leader in hospice and palliative care, is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse. The Resource RN moves across homecare teams, conducts assessments, develops and revises the plan of care, and coordinates with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure patient and family satisfaction.
This 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), day shift with weekday hours in Madison, WI includes weekends on a rotation and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
