Registered Nurse Case Manager – Hospice

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with an all call weekend rotation

Service Area:
Jackson, Vinton, Pike, and Ross Counties

We are seeking a Hospice RN who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

• Education:
  
  Degree in nursing field as a registered nurse from an approved school of nursing.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of two years as an RN. Home health/hospice experience preferred.
