Education
- Associate degree or higher
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kentucky (KY)
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care in an onsite clinical setting
- Support patient assessments and routine clinical tasks
- Collaborate with onsite staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
- Provide professional, compassionate care to all patients
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs.
